Waitress / Server
Role Summary
- We are seeking a smart and well-presented waitress to be an extension of that brand by providing a seamless dining experience to our clients through attention-to-detail, professionalism and warm service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Take and serve guest orders.
- Receive and process guest complaints.
- Use product knowledge to upsell products and services.
- Comply with health and regulatory standards.
- Meet guest expectations within the boundaries of company policy.
- Maintain excellent product and service quality.
- Complete supporting roles as required by the department e.g. keeping service stations clean etc.
Requirements & Skills
- Must have a passion for hospitality.
- Must communicate clearly in both written and spoken English.
- Must be well-groomed.
- Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
- Must maintain warm and friendly demeanor combined with a professional and respectful attitude.
- Must work well in a team.
