Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to executives.
  • The ideal candidate must possess excellent administrative, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to handle confidential business matters with the utmost discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Manage calendars, arrange appointments, and coordinate meetings and schedules.
  • Communication & Liaison: Handle emails, phone calls, and official correspondence professionally; liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Draft business emails, letters, reports, and presentations with minimal supervision; prepare reports and maintain tracked data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Logistics & Events: Coordinate travel arrangements, create detailed itineraries, and organize events.
  • Executive Support: Prioritize and execute tasks efficiently, anticipate business needs, and proactively provide solutions.
  • Discretion: Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with complete discretion.

Requirements
Education & Experience:

  • HND or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant to executives.

Location Requirement

  • Must reside within Magodo, Ketu, or Ojodu Berger.

Skills & Core Competencies

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and a professional appearance suitable for representing the CEO in meetings.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making abilities, and a willingness to take initiative independently.

Method of Application

Responsibilities

  • Ensure complete stock by regularly checking and replenishing inventory levels.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all stock items.
  • Organize and arrange stock in a systematic manner to facilitate easy access and Identification.
  • Maintain a clean and organized storage area.
  • Collaborate with loaders to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse and safe offloading and loading of products.

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Good communication skills.
