Job Overview

  • Experienced Site Team Leader required to lead on-site installation teams for custom and modular furniture, cabinetry, kitchens, wardrobes, and architectural woodwork.
  • Strong hands-on experience with MDF and MFC (Melamine Faced Chipboard) is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of site carpenters and installers on residential/commercial projects.
  • Oversee installation of MDF and MFC-based products, including precise fitting, modifications, and finishing.
  • Plan daily work, ensure quality standards, and manage timelines and resources.
  • Perform measurements, on-site adjustments, and problem-solving.
  • Coordinate with other trades, clients, and project managers.
  • Conduct quality checks, snagging, and handover; enforce health & safety protocols.
  • Read technical drawings and manage team documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years in site carpentry/installation, with at least 5 years in a leadership/team leader role.
  • Proven expertise working with MDF and MFC materials.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and deliver high-quality installations.
  • Reliable, customer-focused, and safety-conscious.

Job Summary

  • Experienced Panel Saw Operator required to run the Biesse Selco SK3 CNC beam saw in a woodworking/furniture production environment.
  • Focus on precise panel cutting, optimisation, and efficient machine operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, program, and operate the Selco SK3 for accurate single or stack panel cutting.
  • Use OSI software for pattern optimisation, simulation, labelling, and barcoding.
  • Handle blade changes (Quick Change system), adjustments (Digiset), loading/unloading, and quality inspection.
  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and waste minimisation.
  • Strictly follow safety protocols and production schedules.

Requirements

  •  4–7 years hands-on experience with Biesse Selco SK3 or similar CNC beam saw.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and cutting lists.
  • Strong attention to detail, computer skills, and physical fitness for workshop duties.
  • Knowledge of woodworking materials (MDF, chipboard, plywood, etc.).
