Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, website, and search engines.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, captions, and blog posts.
- Run and optimize paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Optimize website content for SEO and improve search rankings.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Research market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Manage online reputation and respond to customer inquiries/messages promptly.
- Leads generations and Branding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (added advantage).
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, and online advertising.
- Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools, etc.) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and content writing skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative, proactive, and result-oriented.
