Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or it equivalent in Estate Management, Building Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in soft service Facility management
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning and use of cleaning machines and cleaning chemicals
- Ability to carry out post construction cleaning inspections prepare appropriate BOQ
- Experience in post construction cleaning
- Strong team leadership and supervision abilities.
