Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly experienced Fuel Loading and Logistics Officer. You will be responsible for coordinating the supply chain processes, ensuring the efficient movement of AGO/Fuel. This role involves planning, organizing, and monitoring transportation, inventory, and distribution activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Inventory Management & Reconciliation

  • Track fuel movement and ensure accurate stock levels at storage facilities.
  • Reconcile received vs. dispatched fuel volumes to prevent shortages and losses.
  • Work with finance teams for invoice verification and payment processing.Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients.

Compliance & Safety Monitoring

  • Ensure adherence to HSE policies, refinery regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Monitor tank levels, metering accuracy, and loading safety protocols.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement loss-prevention measures.Ensure customer satisfaction and address any queries or concerns.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports on fuel movement and inventory status.
  • Identify bottlenecks in refinery logistics and recommend process improvements.
  • Work with IT teams to optimize logistics tracking software and automation tools.Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND from a reputable institution
  • 4 years relevant experience in oil and gas and logistics.
  • Loading Operations Coordination – Oversees the efficient and timely loading of AGO from the refinery, ensuring adherence to schedules and volume accuracy.
  • Compliance & Safety Management – Ensures all loading activities follow HSE regulations, product handling standards, and refinery protocols.
  • Inventory & Documentation Control – Verifies product quantities, maintains accurate records, and ensures proper documentation for reconciliation.
  • Stakeholder & Team Communication – Coordinates with refinery staff, transporters, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Problem-Solving & Process Optimization – Identifies and resolves loading bottlenecks, improves turnaround times, and enhances efficiency.

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer (HEMM) to join our team. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, developing, and maintaining Heavy Earth moving equipment and components in Mines. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of work.

Responsibilities

  • To ensure that mechanical maintenance is carried out properly & safely as per the requirement of the Mines.
  • To carry out maintenance of Mine’s Heave Earth Moving Equipment
  • To train subordinate in order to ensure that mechanical maintenance is done timely and correctly.
  • To ensure proper housekeeping of job areas and plant in general.
  • Ensure Spares requirement planning.  
  • Always follow-up the norms of NIS, ISO 19001-2015, NIS, ISO 14001-2015 & NIS ISO 45001-2018 on regular basis and maintain the records accordingly.
  • Ensure adherence to mining industry standards and regulations
  • Monitor and evaluate mechanical systems during operation to identify and resolve issues
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in mechanical engineering as related to Heavy Earth Moving Equipment.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, including thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and materials science
  • Knowledge of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics Hydraulic Systems Mechanics of machines, and other mechanical engineering concepts
  • Excellent math skills, including advanced geometry, calculus and physics
  • Familiarity with CAD and other mechanical design software
  • Creative thinking and innovation
  • Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities
  • Effective verbal and written communication
