Aviation Dispatcher Level 3
Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role in Lagos for an Aviation Dispatcher Level 3.
- The Aviation Dispatcher will coordinate daily flight operations, process flight plans, monitor aircraft movements, and ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
- Additional responsibilities include liaising with pilots, ground crew, and air traffic control to ensure smooth operations, maintaining communication logs, and responding to operational challenges efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Aviation Regulations and Flight Planning
- Experience with Scheduling, Aircraft Dispatch Operations, and Coordinating Ground Handling
- Proficiency in Communication and Team Collaboration
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving, Critical Thinking, and Decision-making skills
- Proficiency in aviation-related software and tools is a plus
- Previous experience in aviation or logistics dispatching is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Logistics, or a related field; relevant certifications are advantageous
