Operations Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and overall management of service providers and technical staff in 1004 Estate;
- Management and maintenance of the power systems and infrastructure of 100
- Estate and ensuring efficient performance and delivery to all residents and service points.
Qualifications and Experience
- A good first degree in engineering or related discipline.
- A post graduate degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of at least 8 years experience in facility/operations management roles in a similar setting.
- Membership of related professional bodies is also an avantage
