Role Summary:

We are seeking a Physiotherapist Intern to support our clinic’s client engagement activities. The successful candidate will manage incoming calls and inquiries, provide basic information to prospective and existing clients, coordinate appointments, and assist with social media content and engagement. This role offers exposure to both healthcare operations and digital marketing within a physiotherapy practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and client inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Manage the clinic’s social media pages and respond to messages/comments.
• Create and post engaging social media content.
• Assist with patient onboarding and administrative tasks.
• Escalate clinical inquiries to licensed physiotherapists when required.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good written English and social media skills.
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools is an advantage.
• Organised, proactive, and customer-service oriented.
