Job Role
- Our client is looking for someone who can bring properties to life; through video, storytelling, and a bit of creative magic.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot and produce high-quality property videos, walkthroughs, and promotional content.
- Capture aerial (drone) footage of estates, land, and developments.
- Create engaging content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to attract buyers.
- Edit videos (cuts, transitions, color grading, captions, background music).
- Develop content ideas that showcase property value, location benefits, and lifestyle appeal.
- Cover site events, inspections, and client allocations.
- Manage and organize media assets (videos, photos, reels).
What you Bring
- Strong portfolio in real estate or lifestyle content (very important).
- Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc).
- Experience operating drones (plus if licensed or experienced).
- Creative storytelling skills (turning land/property into attractive content).
- Understanding of social media trends and marketing.
- Ability to work on-site when needed (estate visits, inspections).
