Ticketing Officer
Our client is an established player in the vehicle leasing, transportation and logistics industry. As a result of business expansion, some roles need to be filled urgently.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ticket Sales and Management: Sell tickets to passengers, manage ticket inventory, and ensure accurate ticketing information.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to passengers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns.
- Ticketing System Management: Operate and manage ticketing systems, including software and hardware, to ensure efficient ticket sales and management.
- Revenue Management: Ensure accurate revenue collection, reporting, and reconciliation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a ticketing or customer-facing role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
SKILLS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work with ticketing systems and software
- Basic accounting and revenue management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Remuneration is competitive
