Accountant II
- we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis, ensuring the accuracy of accounting records, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and delivering insights that drive informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial performance reports.
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of general ledger information.
- Post, review, and reconcile complex accounting entries and accounts.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Collaborate with department leaders on capital, expense, and personnel planning.
- Manage accruals and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
- Provide guidance on accounting standards, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and established accounting practices.
- Deliver OPEX reporting and financial insights to support business objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- minimum of 7 years experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with financial systems and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven experience with account reconciliations, accruals, budgeting, and complex journal entries.
