Role Overview
We are looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our team as User Growth & Referral Agents. Your job is simple: introduce poultry farmers, buyers, vendors, and vets to SmartFlok, and guide them through getting set up on the platform. This is a performance-based role with structured bonuses on top of your compensation — the more active users you bring in and onboard, the more you earn.
This role is ideal for anyone with connections in the agriculture, poultry, or agribusiness space, or anyone who is passionate about helping Nigerian farmers succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and refer potential users (farmers, buyers, vendors, vets) to the SmartFlok platform
- Educate prospects on SmartFlok’s features and value — farm management, marketplace, and vet services
- Guide referred users through the full onboarding process and ensure their profile is complete and active
- Submit verified onboarding records (screenshots, walkthrough notes, registration confirmation) within 5 working days of each onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of all referrals and onboarded users
How Much Can You Earn?
Here’s a real breakdown of what reaching ₦250,000/month looks like:

- ~2 new leads per day (referrals to SmartFlok)

This is achievable for someone who is consistent, well-networked in poultry or agriculture circles, and committed to the role. The more you put in, the more you take home — there is no earnings cap.

Bonuses are paid within 7 working days after month-end. All earnings are before personal income tax. Bonus rates are reviewed every 6 months and increased as the programme grows.

Requirements
- Must be a Nigerian resident with a valid bank account
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to document and submit onboarding evidence accurately
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Prior experience in agriculture, sales, or community outreach is an advantage
- Base salary (discussed at offer stage)
