Sales Attendant
Location: Ajao Estate
Salary : N100,000
Working days : MON- SAT
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales/Store Assistant to support daily store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to walk-in customers, processing orders, and ensuring accurate sales records, while also coordinating dispatch for out-of-Lagos deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service
- Receive and process in-store and remote customer orders
- Accurately enter and record sales transactions in the company’s software system
- Prepare and package customer orders for delivery
- Coordinate and drop off out-of-Lagos orders at designated logistics partners (e.g., GIG, ABC, GUO)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally
- Support inventory tracking and stock updates when required
Requirements
- Minimum of HND qualification
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Proven experience in retail or sales is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic numeracy and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Neat appearance and positive attitude
- Must be reliable and punctual
