Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment like HYDRA, bulldozers, forklift, and other related equipment.
- Operate the equipment in the right direction and angles to prevent accidents and damage of property.
- Ensure and manage the machines or equipment in a safe and secure way.
- Perform periodical safety, maintenance or servicing checks to ensure proper
- functioning of the equipment.
- Inform and advise the management or repairmen for major repairs or maintenance
- Drive and control the equipment
- Respond to directions by the staff and work in coordination with them
- Maintain proper coordination and cooperation with the road and transport system while driving/working, so that the normal activities are not disrupted.
- Operate the equipment manually and also through the use of electronic or technical methods of operation.
- Work in adherence to safe practices, procedures, work site or traffic laws.
- Provide support for successful completion of construction and engineering work.
- Perform other duties, as and when assigned.
Qualification
- Proven experience operating a Hydra crane or similar hydraulic lifting equipment, typically at least 2years.
- Familiarity with hydraulic systems, rigging techniques, and lifting operations.
- Experience working in construction, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is advantageous.
Technical Skills:
- Ability to operate Hydra crane equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong understanding of load weights, balance, and rigging methods.
- Proficiency in using hydraulic controls and basic maintenance of equipment.
- Ability to read and understand load charts and site plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Drafting & Design: Generate precise 2D layouts and 3D models of components, piping, or structures using AutoCAD.
- Design Modification: Revise existing drawings based on feedback from engineers, architects, or construction teams.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with project teams (mechanical, civil, structural) to ensure design feasibility and resolve potential clashes.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including “as-built” drawings and revision history.
- Technical Accuracy: Verify designs for accuracy, ensuring proper dimensioning, scaling, and adherence to company standards.
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree / B.Tech / HND in any relevant Engineering field
- 2 – 3 years of relevant experience.
