Description
- We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to join a dynamic consulting team focused on helping organizations improve performance, leadership effectiveness, and workforce capability.
- This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who can diagnose organizational challenges, design impactful learning and development solutions, engage senior stakeholders, and drive business growth through consultative client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client needs assessments and organizational diagnosis
- Design tailored learning, leadership, and workforce development solutions
- Develop proposals, presentations, and client engagement strategies
- Drive business development and manage a portfolio of client opportunities
- Build and grow lasting client relationships
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and measurable impact.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
- 7 – 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HR Advisory, Management Consulting, or a related field
- Proven experience in client-facing consulting, solution design, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong proposal writing, presentation, and business development skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship management abilities
- Willingness to travel as required.
