The Technical Supervisor leads the workshop floor, manages technical escalations, ensures repair quality compliance, and monitors the turnaround time for all appliance maintenance.
- Supervise and assign daily repair queues to the maintenance technicians.
- Handle complex technical faults on premium smart home appliances.
- Train technical staff on new appliance models and digital diagnostic tools.
- Interface directly with customers regarding high-level technical complaints.
