Responsibilities
Financial Leadership:
- Provide strategic financial leadership to the executive team, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to guide decision making and resource allocation.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for improving financial performance.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
- Oversee day-to-day activities of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
Financial Reporting:
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as required.
Cash Management:
- Manage cash flow to optimize working capital and support operational requirements.
- Implement effective treasury management practices.
Key Performance Indicators
Compliance:
- Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory changes, ensuring the company’s compliance.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address financial and regulatory matters.

Qualifications
- Continuous professional development and relevant certifications.
Education and Work Experience:
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or
- professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus.
- Proven experience (6 years) in a senior financial management role within the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Leadership and team management experience.
