Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Finance Manager to join our Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Budget Management: Coordinating with department heads to create and monitor project budgets to ensure there is no over tracking, or cross tacking.
• Cash Flow Forecasting: Monitoring daily cash balances and predicting future cash requirements to ensure liquidity.
• Transactional Oversight: Supervising accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and payroll functions, Fixed Assets Management, Taxation Audit & Tax: Serving as the main point of contact for external auditors and ensuring tax filings (VAT, WHT, CIT) are accurate and on time.
• Team Management: Leading a small team of accountants or finance officers.
• Internal Control: Ensure compliance with financial regulations as it pertains to the finance operational activities of the organization as well as industry standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Professional Certification: Usually requires being atleast at the final stage of ICAN or an ACCA certification.
• Experience: Typically requires 3 – 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 1–2 years supervising others.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
• Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, Tally, or Xero).
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to meet tight month-end deadlines, and clear communication.
