Digital Growth and Communication Manager
- Own and manage Stella Maris Schools’ presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok (where applicable), and other digital channels.
- Develop and maintain a rolling content calendar at least 2–4 weeks in advance.
- Plan, write, schedule, publish, and monitor engaging content across all platforms.
- Lead digital storytelling around school events, student achievements, admissions, staff highlights, culture, and community.
- Coordinate photographers, videographers, designers, and external creative partners to deliver high-quality content.
- Manage website content in collaboration with the IT team, ensuring information is current, accurate, and aligned with social communications.
- Produce newsletters, announcements, parent communications, and digital campaigns.
- Support admissions, marketing, and school growth initiatives through strategic digital campaigns.
- Monitor engagement, analyze performance metrics, and continuously improve content strategy.
- Protect the Stella Maris brand by ensuring accuracy, professionalism, consistency, and attention to detail across every communication.
- Collaborate effectively with Admissions, IT, HR, Academics, School Leadership, and external vendors to deliver projects on schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience managing social media and digital communications.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, digital marketing, and brand management.
- Experience managing multiple social media platforms professionally.
- Ability to coordinate creative teams and external vendors.
- Experience with content scheduling and analytics tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an educational institution or mission-driven organization.
- Experience managing websites using a Content Management System (CMS).
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience supporting paid digital advertising campaigns.
