Sales Executive
Summary
- We’re hiring goal-driven Sales Executives to market and sell plots/houses in our estate in Abuja.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and follow up on client inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and site visits
- Conduct property presentations and estate site tours for prospective clients
- Close sales and guide clients through documentation and payment process
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline
- Represent the estate brand professionally at all times
Requirements
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
- Basic computer and smartphone skills for CRM/client tracking
- Residence in Abuja or willingness to relocate
- Prior real estate sales experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
