Videographer & Video Editor
Job Summary
We are looking for a Videographer & Video Editor in Lagos to shoot, edit, package, and optimize short-video and livestream materials. The role supports content production, livestream replay editing, material archiving, and version testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot short-video content, livestream materials, product demonstrations, and campaign assets.
- Edit videos for social media platforms, including subtitles, cuts, hooks, transitions, sound, product highlights, and basic packaging.
- Produce secondary edits from livestream replays to support content reuse and sales conversion.
- Organize raw footage, edited files, templates, and version history.
- Support A/B testing of video versions, covers, formats, and opening hooks.
- Work closely with content operations and live streaming teams to meet publishing timelines.
- Ensure visual output is clear, brand-appropriate, and suitable for Nigerian audiences.
Requirements
- Experience in short-video shooting and editing for social media, e-commerce, livestream, or brand content.
- Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Good camera, lighting, audio, framing, and mobile shooting skills.
- Strong sense of rhythm, hooks, subtitles, and conversion-oriented content.
- Able to work quickly while maintaining quality and file organization.
- Portfolio or sample work is required.

- Number of materials produced.
- Number of completed videos.
- Revision or return rate.
- Publishing readiness rate.
- Livestream replay editing progress.
