Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Officer to support the implementation and maintenance of quality standards throughout our automobile manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting products, monitoring production activities, identifying quality issues, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of raw materials, components, and finished vehicles to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor production processes and identify deviations from established quality requirements.
• Perform quality tests and measurements using appropriate inspection tools and equipment.
• Document inspection results and prepare quality reports.
• Investigate product defects and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to company quality procedures, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Participate in internal quality audits and support external audit activities.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
• Assist in training production personnel on quality requirements and best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, preferably in an automobile manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of quality inspection techniques and quality management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional certifications in quality management will be an added advantage.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in automotive design, product development, or engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar design tools.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle design principles, manufacturing processes, and automotive regulations.
• Experience in project management and cross-functional team leadership.
