Assistant Site Engineer / Installation Manager
Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ASSISTANT Site Manager/Installation Manager- Civil Engineer with a building construction bias to join our team. Must be staying around wuse 2 or its axis.
- The ideal candidate must have extensive experience working on framed projects, specifically with buildings with raft foundation. It is essential that the candidate has previous experience working with a major construction firm.
- As our Installation Site Manager, You will be responsible to manage and coordinate the execution of on-site activities at Customer premises from installation start to project closing, leading a team of Field installation Engineers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the installations of doors in any construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety regulations and procedures on the construction site during door installations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Manage and coordinate manpower and equipment resources to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide updates on project progress
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on the construction site in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Must be COREN registered
- Proven experience working on high-quality building projects
- Previous experience working with a major construction firm is a must
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of construction industry best practices and regulations.
