Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Interpreting and understanding construction drawings and specifications.
- Conducting site surveys and establishing site control points.
- Setting out construction lines and levels on site, inspect work in progress to maintain quality control standards
- Supervise construction crews, assigning tasks and coordinating their activities on site
- Manage site logistics, including equipment and access control
- Enforce all safety regulations on site conducting regular safety inspections and addressing potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and permits.
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate construction projects and infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Must be COREN certified
- Strong communication and coordination ability
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Must reside in Abuja.
