ABOUT THE ROLE
- Uptown Health Limited is seeking a creative, energetic, and highly organized Social Media & Communications Officer to manage our online presence, engage with customers, and strengthen our brand visibility across digital platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the company’s social media accounts and online communities
- Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms Respond to customer inquiries and messages professionally
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote products and services
- Monitor social media trends and recommend growth strategies
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports Maintain a positive and professional image of the company online
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
- Ability to create engaging content and captions Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, and social media management tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in social media management is an added advantage
