Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Supermarket Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our furniture and stationery supermarket. The ideal candidate will supervise staff, manage inventory, maintain attractive showroom displays, and ensure excellent customer service. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for inventory tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations and staff.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and maintain accurate inventory records using Microsoft Excel.
- Oversee showroom displays to ensure products are well-arranged, properly labeled, and visually appealing.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
- Prepare routine sales and inventory reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Requirements
- HND/Bachelor\’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in supermarket or retail supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- Strong inventory management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience with POS and inventory management systems is an added advantage.
