QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a graduate (B.Ed. or any other degree; PGDE is an added advantage)
- No prior teaching experience required (training and support will be provided)
- Must be computer literate
- Must demonstrate strong communication and classroom management potential
- Must be confident, proactive, and able to work effectively within a team
- Must show leadership qualities and a clear sense of purpose
- Must be resident in Aba, Abia State
EXPECTATIONS
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to contribute to both academic and non-academic school activities
- Willingness to grow into leadership and management responsibilities
- Ability to support and manage students in both day and boarding environments
