Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media campaigns tailored to each platform.
- Create original content including graphics, videos, and captions.
- Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing/design teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Stay updated on social media trends and apply innovative strategies to boost growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X.
- Knowledge of analytics tools and ability to optimize performance.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Bonus Skills:
- Video editing and graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Experience with influencer partnerships and community engagement.
