Lead Marketer
Requirements
- 7+ years’ relevant marketing experience with a strong track record in developing marketing strategies and achieving revenue targets.
- B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
- MBA is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
- Real estate marketing experience is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing team
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
- Generate and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct market research and identify business opportumues
- Coordinate property marketing across digital and traditional channels
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
- Collaborate with sales and other teams to achieve business targets
