Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve operational systems and workflows across the organization.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
  • Work closely with management to execute the company’s vision and strategic goals.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards.
  • Oversee internal processes and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Leverage digital tools and technology to optimize operations.
  • Track performance metrics and provide regular operational reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience using productivity and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements and contracts.
  • Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice to support business operations.
  • Handle property due diligence, title verification, and perfection of land documentation.
  • Prepare and review deeds, leases, assignments, and other real estate documentation.
  • Liaise with regulatory agencies, government offices, and external counsel.
  • Ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain legal records and provide general legal support across the business.

Requirements

  • LL.B and B.L qualifications.
  • Less than three (3) years’ post-Call to Bar experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian property and commercial law.
  • Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Applicants must reside in Ikeja or its environs.
  • Only candidates who reside in Ikeja or within a 30-minute commute of the office will be considered.
