- Oversee internal processes and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Leverage digital tools and technology to optimize operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements and contracts.
- Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice to support business operations.
- Handle property due diligence, title verification, and perfection of land documentation.
- Prepare and review deeds, leases, assignments, and other real estate documentation.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies, government offices, and external counsel.
- Ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain legal records and provide general legal support across the business.
Requirements
- LL.B and B.L qualifications.
- Less than three (3) years’ post-Call to Bar experience.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian property and commercial law.
- Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Applicants must reside in Ikeja or its environs.
- Only candidates who reside in Ikeja or within a 30-minute commute of the office will be considered.
