- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in sales, business development, or equipment/agricultural sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to travel and work independently
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment and agribusiness is an added advantage
