Key Responsibilities
- Provide rapid emergency medical care and life support in pre-hospital and in-hospital settings.
- Assess patients’ conditions and determine appropriate treatment.
- Perform CPR, wound care, bleeding control, airway management, and patient stabilization.
- Safely transport patients when required and communicate effectively with doctors and nurses.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all assessments, treatments, and responses.
- Ensure emergency equipment and supplies are always functional and ready for use.
- Assist in emergency preparedness and drills within the hospital.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certification in Paramedics / Paramedical Technology.
- Valid practicing license where applicable.
- 1–2 years practical experience in emergency or pre-hospital care (added advantage).
- Strong ability to work under pressure and respond quickly in emergencies.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Job Summary
- The Peri-Operative Nurse will support surgical procedures by providing high-quality nursing care before, during, and after operations.
- The role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure the availability of required instruments and equipment
- Assist surgeons and anaesthetists during procedures while maintaining a sterile environment
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall condition throughout the perioperative phase
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care, including patient assessment, documentationand recovery support
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control standards
- Maintain accurate surgical records and adhere to safety and quality protocols
- Collaborate with the surgical team to improve workflow and patient experience.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
- Certification or formal training in perioperative nursing is an added advantage
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Previous experience in surgical or theatre nursing settings
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniquesand operating room (OR)protocols
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
