• We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Mechanical Engineers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and optimal performance of production and utility equipment within our beverage manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of production and utility equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Monitor and maintain beverage processing, filling, packaging, blow moulding, and utility equipment.
• Ensure all machinery operates efficiently and in accordance with company standards.
• Plan and execute maintenance schedules to improve equipment reliability and productivity.
• Coordinate equipment installation, commissioning, and modification projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
• Collaborate with Production, Electrical, and Utility teams to achieve operational targets.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing plant performance and reducing maintenance costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in a Beverage Manufacturing Company.
• Candidates must have experience working in the Beverage Industry and demonstrate strong knowledge of beverage production processes and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of beverage processing equipment, filling lines, blow moulding machines, conveyors, packaging equipment, pumps, compressors, and utility systems.
• Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining high-speed production machinery.
• Good understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of safety standards and engineering best practices.
