Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and operate dialysis machines before, during, and after treatment
- Monitor patients during dialysis sessions and promptly report abnormalities
- Ensure proper disinfection, maintenance, and functionality of dialysis equipment
- Adhere strictly to infection control, safety, and quality standards
- Resolve issues with the machines for quick service of patients
- Proper evaluation of machines
- Schedule maintenance of the machines for proper and full optimization
- Keep up with trends and new methods in handling dialysis machines for patient care
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Dialysis Technology or Biomedical-related field
- Relevant professional training and certification
- Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in a dialysis or renal unit
- Strong understanding of dialysis procedures and equipment
- Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
