We are seeking a highly creative, visually articulate, and trend-aware Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team. You will be the digital voice and visual storyteller of My Haire Concierge. Your mission is to translate our premium, white-glove salon and at-home experience into a captivating, high-end digital presence.

If you have a sharp eye for luxury aesthetics, a passion for Black hair care/beauty, and know how to create scroll-stopping Reels, TikToks, and aesthetic feeds, we want you.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Direction: Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality, aesthetic short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and static posts showcasing our transformations, behind-the-scenes luxury experience, and educational hair care tips.
• Social Media Management: Manage and curate our Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Maintain a cohesive, premium visual grid and brand voice.
• Community Engagement: Actively engage with our audience, responding to comments and DMs with a polite, professional, and welcoming tone that reflects our luxury brand.
• Strategy & Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of beauty, luxury lifestyle, and hair trends. Adapt viral audios and formats to fit the sophisticated brand identity of My Haire Concierge.
• On-Site & At-Home Coverage: Attend the Lekki studio and accompany the team to select premium at-home concierge appointments to capture raw, authentic luxury moments and client transformations.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track weekly/monthly engagement metrics to understand what resonates with our audience and continuously optimize content performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager and Content Creator (experience in the luxury beauty, wellness, hospitality, or fashion industry in Lagos is highly preferred).
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing high-end visual aesthetic, excellent video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, etc.), and clean graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop).
• Equipment Literacy: Mastery of iPhone photography/videography, including proper lighting, framing, and audio capture.
• Knowledge: A deep understanding of and appreciation for Black hair textures, protective styling, extensions, and natural hair care is an added advantage
• Proximity: Must reside in Lagos with easy proximity to Lekki for regular content capture.
• Attributes: Exceptional communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and a keen eye for detail. You understand what “premium” looks and feels like.
