Job Description
- Our client, a professionally-run State Microfinance Bank, adequately capitalized, requires the services of result-oriented, diligent and honest individuals to join its growing team as Senior / Loan Officers
Responsibilities
- Market and grow the bank’s risk assets and liability portfolio within assigned locations while maintaining strong relationship with customers.
- Manage loan applications and portfolios by ensuring compliance with the bank’s credit policy, proper documentation and strong portfolio quality.
- Conduct credit analysis, client appraisal, and financial assessments to determine credit worthiness.
- Drive business growth by achieving loan disbursement and deposit mobilization targets while ensuring timely recovery of overdue loans.
Major Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting or any other numerate discipline.
- Minimum of three years’ relevant experience as a Loan or Credit Officer within a Microfinance Bank, Commercial Bank, or Financial Institution.
- Strong knowledge of credit analysis, loan monitoring, and recovery processes.
- Proven ability to generate quality risk assets and mobilize deposits.
