Summary
- We are seeking experienced and proactive Senior Growth Associates to drive sales, build customer relationships, and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads, prospect clients, and close sales
- Engage prospective students, promote the organisation programs, and convert leads
- Collaborate with Marketing and Training teams on sales strategies
- Maintain records of student payments and performance dashboards
- Represent the company in meetings and business discussions
- Carry out other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Mature, responsible, and self-driven
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
