Program Manager
Job Summary
- The Program Manager is responsible for driving our program strategy, securing funding, and ensuring effective delivery of our community-centered interventions across education, youth empowerment, orphanage and widow support, and community health.
Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Design:
- Develop and implement program strategies aligned with CDD Foundation’s mandate:education support, youth empowerment, orphanage and widow support, and community health outreach.
Grant Writing & Fundraising:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with local and international donors.
- Write compelling grant proposals, concept notes, and donor reports.
Program Implementation & Oversight:
- Oversee end-to-end execution of funded programs across all focus areas.
- Manage partnerships with community-based organizations, schools, orphanages, and volunteers.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare high-quality narrative and financial donor reports demonstrating measurable impact.
Partnership Development:
- Build strategic partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, corporate CSR departments, and international organizations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Experience: 5 – 8 yearsof progressive experience in the non-profit/social impact sector.
