Job Summary
- The role ensures the Board, management, and operations adhere to applicable Nigerian and ECOWAS regulatory frameworks, & that all statutory obligations are met with precision.
Requirements
- Degree in Law & Associate or Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) — ACIS or FCIS.
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in a company secretarial or corporate governance role.
- Deep working knowledge of CAMA 2020, CAC filing requirements, and Nigerian corporate law.
- Proven experience handling KYC and corporate documentation for banking and institutional engagements.
- Demonstrated ability to support Board operations across a fast-paced, multi-entity business environment.
- Strong drafting skills for Board papers, resolutions, agreements, and regulatory correspondence.
