Description
- TAAS College is seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking, and innovative education leader to fill the position of Principal / Vice Principal.
- The ideal candidate must be passionate about 21st-century education, capable of integrating technology and artificial intelligence (AI) into teaching, learning, and school administration, and committed to academic excellence and character development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong academic and administrative leadership in line with the school’s vision and mission
- Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure high academic standards
- Drive innovation, digital transformation, and AI-supported learning strategies within the school
- Supervise and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff for continuous professional development
- Ensure effective student discipline, welfare, and holistic development
- Strengthen parent–school relationships and community engagement
- Monitor students’ academic performance and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and school policies
- Lead the school in adopting modern teaching methods, EdTech tools, and data-driven decision-making.
Professional Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage)
- TRCN certification is required
- Strong knowledge of modern school management practices
- Proven ability to use digital tools, school management systems, and AI-enabled platforms
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience:
- 5 – 8 years of relevant teaching and administrative experience
- At least 5–8 years in a leadership role (Principal, Vice Principal, Head of School, or similar position)
- Experience in private school administration is an added advantage.
Location Requirement:
Applicant must reside in Ibadan or be willing to relocate close to the school.

Job Summary
- TAAS College is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Cook to join our school community.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing nutritious, hygienic, and well-balanced meals for students and staff while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and kitchen organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals in line with approved menus
- Ensure meals are nutritious, well-presented, and served on time
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen
- Plan menus and manage food portions to minimize waste
- Monitor food storage and ensure proper handling of ingredients
- Supervise kitchen assistants and ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Keep accurate records of food supplies and kitchen activities
Professional Requirements
- 5–8 years proven experience as a professional cook (preferably in a school, hotel, or catering environment)
- Strong knowledge of local and continental dishes
- Good understanding of food hygiene, safety standards, and nutrition
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Physically fit and able to work long hours when required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
Educational Qualifications:
- Relevant culinary training or certification is an added advantage
- Food Safety or Catering certification will be a plus
