IVF Nurse at Alliance
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing assisted reproductive treatments (ART).
- Assist fertility specialists in egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and other IVF procedures.
- Prepare and educate patients for treatment cycles.
- Administer medications, monitor responses, and ensure accurate clinical documentation.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, infection control, and patient safety.
- Offer emotional and psychological support to couples throughout their fertility journey.
Qualifications and Experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) / Registered Midwife (RM) with a valid license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
- Certification or formal training in IVF, Embryology, or Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) is required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in a recognized IVF or Fertility Centre.
- Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in patient counselling and fertility protocols will be an added advantage.
