Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal Audit Officer located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• The Internal Audit Officer will be responsible for conducting audits, preparing comprehensive audit reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• The role includes performing IT audits, evaluating financial records, analyzing business operations for risks, and recommending improvements.
• The position supports management in maintaining efficient internal controls and enhancing organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Auditing and preparing detailed Audit Reports
• Strong knowledge of IT Audit practices and their application in financial services
• Solid understanding of Finance principles and the ability to analyze financial data
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to identify and mitigate risks effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CIA, ACCA, or ACA is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant software tools used in auditing and financial analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively
