Business Development Officer
- Roston Hotels Limited is a premium hospitality brand with a strong and expanding market presence. As we scale, we seek a results-driven Business Development Officer to accelerate revenue growth, secure high-value partnerships, and expand our corporate footprint.
What You Will Own
- Drive occupancy, revenue, and profitability targets
- Develop and manage high-value corporate & institutional accounts
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
- Build strategic relationships across key sectors (Oil & Gas, Corporate, Commercial)
- Execute high-impact sales and market penetration strategies
Who We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in Business Development or Sales (hospitality preferred)
- Strong network within Port Harcourt’s corporate ecosystem
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication & stakeholder management skills
- Commercially astute, driven, and execution-focused
