The individual is responsible for building, positioning, and scaling the Cardinal Torch Group, i.e. Cardinal Treats brand across retail, distribution, digital, export, and consumer engagement channels. The role combines strategic brand leadership with hands-on execution to drive awareness, market penetration, consumer loyalty, and revenue growth.
• The Brand & Marketing Manager will lead the development of marketing campaigns, product
• positioning, trade promotions, retail visibility initiatives, storytelling, partnerships, consumer
• insights, and media engagement that strengthen Cardinal Torch Group Particularly Cardinal
• Treats as a leading product and FMCG brand.
