After-Sales Engineer
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical support on solar system performance and maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve system faults
- Conduct preventive maintenance and system checks
- Prepare service and maintenance reports
- Support customer training on product use and safety
- Maintain accurate service and spare parts records
- Collaborate with the technical team on recurring issues
- Participate in continuous technical training
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience encouraged
- Basic knowledge of electrical/renewable energy systems is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work in the field
- Must be based close to the office or be able to easily commute daily to Island (Abraham Adesanya), Lagos
