Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Officer located in Lagos.
• The Site Officer will oversee daily site operations, coordinate project timelines, monitor construction progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Responsibilities include supervising site workers, liaising with project managers/contractors, maintaining on-site records, and promptly resolving issues to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in site inspection, quality control, and construction management
• Proficiency in planning, organization, and project coordination
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Knowledge of building materials, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management software
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Prior experience in real estate or construction industries is a strong advantage
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adhere to deadline
