Your Key Responsibilities
- Leading successful projects – demonstrating technical excellence and a business-based approach to solving complex challenges
- Generate revenue by identifying opportunities for follow-up engagements and forging long-lasting relationships with customers; identify potential risks and opportunities to improve processes and acquire new business; Assist in client acquisition activities by preparing proposals and conducting presentations
- Directing project workflows from planning to implementation – managing project resources and budgets effectively, while overseeing multiple engagements
- Influence customers and stakeholders to gain their support regarding important change decisions and/or initiatives
- Manage, train and develop professionals at more junior levels, with a focus on technical and customer service skills to boost their careers.
To be successful in the position it is necessary to
- Graduate in Commercial Engineering, Law or related career
- 5 years or more of experience in the area of global migration in one of the Big 4, a specialized consulting firm or in a company occupying a related position in large-scale projects
- Knowledge of tax processing systems and legal regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, being able to confidently persuade colleagues and clients of all levels
- English at least intermediate level.
