Sales Operations Manager
Job Summary
- The Sales Operations Manager shall primarily be responsible for driving revenue growth for the organization alongside managing the day-to-day operations of the organization.
- Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, pipeline management, and budgeting processes.
- Supervise to ensure that the sales team attends to the inbound and outbound leads from walk-ins, calls, digital platforms, and referrals with professionalism and promptness.
- Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement. Work closely with sales team to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
- Train and monitor the sales team on lead conversion techniques, services, ethical selling, and client communication.
- Represent the wellness center at exhibitions, events, and outreach programs.
- Design and sell wellness memberships, therapy packages, and long-term programs.
- Assist in designing attractive pricing, bundles, and offers.
- Track renewals, upgrades, and retention of existing clients.
- Handle operational issues and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Connect with the walk-in clients and convert into sales and loyal customers.
- Maintain high standards of service quality and client satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze client feedback for continuous improvement.
- Manage daily operations of the wellness center.
- Develop, implement, and improve Standard Operating Procedures for operations, client handling and sales work flow.

Requirements / Qualification
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, related discipline or equivalent in training and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Finance, Sales Operations, Product Management or other similar background. Experience in thehospitality industry would be an added advantage.
- Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and train staff to achieve sales and service goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers, staff, and upper management.
- Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, daily operations, and merchandising standards.
- Ability to deliver a high degree of customer satisfaction to clients.
- Self-starter capable of balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable working on weekends.
- Proximity to the company location (Victoria Island) will be considered.
