Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary

  • The Sales Operations Manager shall primarily be responsible for driving revenue growth for the organization alongside managing the day-to-day operations of the organization.
  • Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, pipeline management, and budgeting processes.
  • Supervise to ensure that the sales team attends to the inbound and outbound leads from walk-ins, calls, digital platforms, and referrals with professionalism and promptness.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement. Work closely with sales team to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
  • Train and monitor the sales team on lead conversion techniques, services, ethical selling, and client communication.
  • Represent the wellness center at exhibitions, events, and outreach programs.
  • Design and sell wellness memberships, therapy packages, and long-term programs.
  • Assist in designing attractive pricing, bundles, and offers.
  • Track renewals, upgrades, and retention of existing clients.
  • Handle operational issues and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Connect with the walk-in clients and convert into sales and loyal customers.
  • Maintain high standards of service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Manage daily operations of the wellness center.
  • Develop, implement, and improve Standard Operating Procedures for operations, client handling and sales work flow.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and wellness-aligned work environment.
  • Promote work-life balance, wellbeing, and team harmony.
  • Promote continuous learning and professional growth.

 Requirements / Qualification

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, related discipline or equivalent in training and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Finance, Sales Operations, Product Management or other similar background. Experience in thehospitality industry would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and train staff to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers, staff, and upper management.
  • Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, daily operations, and merchandising standards.
  • Ability to deliver a high degree of customer satisfaction to clients.
  • Self-starter capable of balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be comfortable working on weekends.
  • Proximity to the company location (Victoria Island) will be considered.
