Job Summary

  • We are a leading payment card production company seeking a highly skilled Procurement & Admin Supervisor with a strong background in manufacturing or production environments.
  • In this procurement-heavy role, you will manage the end-to-end supply chain for highly sensitive materials, secure top-tier global vendors, and oversee general office administration. The ideal candidate ensures zero production downtime while strictly adhering to rigorous quality and security standards.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Material Management (80%):

  • Production Sourcing: Procure specialized raw materials, including PVC/polycarbonate sheets, microchips, magnetic stripes, holographic foils, and industrial packaging.
  • Supplier Relations: Source, vet, and manage global and local vendors to secure competitive pricing, strict quality compliance, and reliable delivery timelines.
  • Inventory Optimization: Collaborate with production planners to maintain optimal stock levels, preventing both material stockouts and excess inventory overhead.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for high-value purchase contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and bulk material discounts.
  • Quality Assurance: Partner with quality control teams to address supplier defects, handle returns, and audit vendor performance against industry benchmarks.

Office Administration (20%):

  • Asset Management: Oversee the maintenance and tracking of office equipment, facilities, and general operational utilities.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure office operations align with manufacturing safety regulations and company data-security policies.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and mentor a small team of administrative and purchasing assistants to foster high performance.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS) are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in a procurement role, with at least 3 years inside a manufacturing or production plant (payment card, electronics, or printing industries preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced inventory control models.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional negotiation skills, analytical thinking, strong risk management, and the ability to work under tight production deadlines.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive health benefits.
  • Opportunities for professional growth in a high-security tech-manufacturing sector.
  • A dynamic, collaborative, and innovation-driven work environment.
